Question 1

Where do I continue my training?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with the email used for your student account, then open My Courses. Your dashboard also shows training status. Course access requires an active enrollment; signing in alone does not enroll you.

Question 2

I paid but cannot see my course. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check that you are signed in to the correct account and review your dashboard. If access is still missing, send a student-support request below with the course name and a brief description. Do not send card details or sensitive records.

Question 3

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Use Reset Password above and enter your account email. Follow the instructions shown there. Do not share your password in a support request.

Question 4

What should I include in a technical-support request?

Accepted Answer

Tell us the course name, which step is affected, your browser and device, and any error message. Never include passwords, Social Security numbers, license images or payment-card information.
